Get the Look - "4 Shades of Fall"
Autumn/Fall is here and the leaves are changing.  Likewise, the colors of your wardrobe should be changing.  It is time out for this season’s usual red, green, black and yellow.  It’s time to amp it up a bit!  A few hues your wardrobe should become more familiar with this Fall are; orange, emerald green, burgundy, and chestnut.  I have put together a couple of looks encompassing these four hues.

“4 Shades of Fall (Orange)”
Sweater $25 uniqlo.com | Loafers $80 stevemadden.com | Cardigan $32 blackfive.com | Fedora $32 asos.com | Earrings $28 bluefly.com | Scarf $30 zappos.com | Boyfriend Jeans $44 boohoo.com | Satchel $45 jcpenney.com | Nail Polish $18 marcjacobs.com | Clutch $94 boticca.com |

Orange. First up is orange!   It’s always fun to obtain style inspiration from the things you’re surrounded by on a daily basis.  What’s more inspiring than your natural environment?!  The next time you’re going for a stroll, be sure to take in the beautiful hues of orange on the freshly fallen leaves.  Orange is associated with joy and sunshine.  As the days are getting shorter and the weather is getting increasingly colder, we could sure use a bit more joy and sunshine!
This look is very relaxed.  It is the perfect “day look.”  Blue is Orange’s compliment.  The long, navy blue-striped cardigan works to successfully pull the look together.  The accessories for this look are brown colored, and manage to create a middle ground for the entire look.  Leopard has become a “neutral” in most closets, because it works so well with many prints.  Here, the leopard flats act as a nice compliment to the horizontal stripes on both the sweater and cardigan.  So whether you’re attending a football game, picking the perfect pumpkin out of the patch, or enjoying a “pumpkin-spice” latte at your local café, this ensemble will be sure to turn heads!

“4 Shades of Fall (Emerald Green)”

Drop Earrings $48 etsy.com | Ballerina Pumps $110 asos.com | Clutch $30 aldoshoes.com | Glasses $10 freyrs.com | Brooch $26 1928.com | Emerald Cut Earrings $38 cusp.com | Nail Polish $18 sephora.com | Gold Link Watch $144 jomashop.com | Leather Strap Watch $17 yesstyle.com | Leather Skirt $38 chicwish.com | Blouse $126 arfetch.com | Fur Jacket $135 lipsy.co.uk | Tights $13 hm.com
Emerald Green. Emerald Green has been a trend that we’ve seen resurface time and time again.  Named after the beautiful gemstone from which it gets its color, Emerald Green has a very exquisite feel.  This look has a nice sense of elegance and purpose.
The green blouse works very well with the cream fur jacket and faux leather skirt.  The leather and fur both create nice elements of sophistication.  Many of the accessories have gold accents, which add a little flare to the ensemble.  This is a perfect look for a “date night,” “sushi night,” or local “Mixer!"

“4 Shades of Fall (Burgundy)”

Burgundy. Burgundy is a more season-appropriate shade of red for all of you red lovers!  We have put together 3 burgundy looks to go along with the fall season.  The monochromatic (single color) look is trending this fall, and what better way to put it to use?
The first look is “trendy-preppy."  The graphic sweater looks amazing alongside its leather counterparts.  The floppy hat adds a bit of personality to the look.  The middle look (2) could be worn both day and night.  Wear it as is with a light cover up to bring a new flavor to Thanksgiving dinner, or add a blazer and be well on your way for a night on the town!  The third look (3) features an oriental-printed kimono on top of a wrap-over playsuit.  The tights and Dr. Martens steel-toe burgundy boots bring add a rebellious touch to the otherwise relaxed look.

“4 Shades of Fall (Chestnut)”

Chestnut. “Plain Jane” just got a little more interesting.  Chestnut will be the “go-to” neutral for many stylistas this season.  Whether browsing the accessory aisle, or fumbling through shoes and apparel; this color will flood the shelves.  Named after the chestnut tree and the edible nuts they produce, this color is very calming and Fall-appropriate.

We’ve put together three looks with Chestnut-colored highlights to inspire you to try this natural color out this season.  The first look can be dressed up or down.  Wear it as-is and stand like a stallion, or ditch the platform booties for a more casual look.  The second look (2) is very poised.  It includes a navy blazer, a messenger bag, and a pair of very flattering chestnut boots.  This look would be perfect for work, class or an EGL Meet and Greet!  The final look (3) is very casual.  This look includes a navy-lined sweater, distressed boyfriend jeans, and navy-blue and chestnut oxfords.  The look is accessorized by a chestnut backpack and camel scarf.
Whether you choose to be outgoing in orange, exquisite in emerald green, bold in burgundy, or charismatic in chestnut, we’re sure you’re going to be a knock out!!!

Which of the 4 hues will you most likely rock this fall?  Which looks are your favorites?
