So, I've been really busy lately, but somehow managed to take out my protective style.  I noticed that my hair grows the most when it's in a protective style.  I am one of those people who has a hard time keeping my hands out of my hair, so low-manipulation styles are my hair's best friend!

I decided to wash, condition and twist my hair up over the weekend.  I twisted 2 times over the course of 3 days.  I used Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Smoothie and Kinky Curly Curl Custard the first night.  The second time I added Miss Jessie's Jelly Soft Curls Gel.  Let's just say, I can't wait to wash all of this product out of my hair. 

Given my hair-type, I have to keep a good amount of product in my hair.  I'm just longing to find that happy medium where I can enjoy a hairstyle, keep moisture in my hair, and eliminate the frizz!  Stay tuned...I will share my results!
